What to expect after you submit your online enrollment form…

Once you’ve submitted both the enrollment form AND the required documents, the school registrar will process the enrollment in the system, create student e-mail and network accounts, and assign your student to an advisor or elementary teacher. This person will contact you to provide information about starting school.

For IMMEDIATE ENROLLMENTS, within two school days of submitting the COMPLETE enrollment packet the academic coach will contact you to let you know the student is ready to begin.

For FUTURE ENROLLMENTS, the academic coach will contact you the day before the start date of that semester.

Grades K-6 — Your student’s elementary teacher will CALL you on the primary phone number provided in the enrollment form.

Grades 7-12 — Your student’s advisor will send an E-MAIL to the primary e-mail address provided in the enrollment form. Follow those instructions to get started.
